Last time I made stuffed artichokes (you can find the recipe by clicking here). Instead wasting the little leaves of the artichoke, I decided to try something original… (My grand father would be proud of me knowing I did not waste those little artichoke leaves!!!) Hope you will like it!

- The recipe is quite simple, I kept the tiny leaves of the artichokes and try to do some sort of chips by baking them 10 minutes and then use them for an apero with some dips.
