Chocolate Heart with Redcurrant and Blueberry
I made those little chocolate heart because I had too much chocolate from my recipe of Chocolate Banana Strawberry tart. I loved them!
- 100g bittersweet chocolate, cut in pieces
- 100ml heavy cream
- 1 egg yolks
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (370°F). Combine egg yolks and sugar. Boil the cream and mix half of it with the egg yolks. Reduce the heat and poor the egg yolk into the remaining cream. Add chocolate and mix constantly until the chocolate is liquid and the mixture is smooth and shiny.
- Add flour and mix. Place some berries at the bottom of a cake mould
- Poor the chocolate mix on the top of the berries and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (370°F).
